3 Steps To Achievement

3 Steps To Achievement

Three steps to achievement. What are they? How do these three steps help you to achieve success?

First of all, you must understand the basic definition of the three steps, which are growth, progress, and reflection.

Growth:

The Webster Dictionary defines growth as:

a: (1) a stage in the process of growing, size; (2)full growth
b: the process of growing
c: progressive development: evolution.

Progress:

The Webster Dictionary defines progress as:

2: a forward or onward movement (as to an objective or to a goal): advance
3gradual betterment; especially :the progressive development of humankind

Reflection:

a: realize, consider

b: to think quietly and calmly

c: to express a thought or opinion resulting from reflection
Growth, progress, and reflection are stages of a growth mindset, which means “the understanding that abilities and intelligence can be developed.” (https://www.mindsetworks.com/science/). In a growth mindset, you are able to achieve anything you put your mind to, so therefore, you will have success.
