Discipline Yourself with A Positive Mindset
Discipline yourself with a positive mindset, and you will flourish into a very attractive, positive person. People will flock to you. Nobody wants to be around a person who complains all the time and who has a negative mindset. It is a turn off. To have a rich mind, you must be positive and optimistic. You must be willing to accept any flaws, any negativity, and be open to change, because if you don’t you will not flourish, and you will not grow.
To discipline yourself with a positive mindset, you need to do a few things and follow through with them on a daily basis:
1). Start a journal. Write how you are feeling and how you want to feel.
2). Exercise. When you exercise, you are awakening your body, your senses, and your mind.
3). Read or listen to personal development.
4). Have a positive mantra, a chant, and meditation you can begin your day with.
5). Start your day immediately with 2 cups of ice cold water. This rids toxins from your body while you were sleeping. It also energizes your body and mind.
6.). Bless yourself and others you love that you are all alive.
7). Start a gratitude book, if you are not already doing so. (What are you happy, thankful, and grateful for)?
As you do these following steps each day, they will become a habit, a ritual, and they will become your daily routine. You will do them without even thinking about them. Thus, you have developed to discipline yourself with a positive mind.
