Your First 12 Months As A Network Marketer or Entrepreneur
Your first twelve months as a network marketer or entrepreneur will be your most important years in your professional career. They will either make you or break you. It all depends on how strong you are, emotionally, physically, and spiritually, for your first twelve months will define how you react towards rejection, towards your great moments, and towards the most negative moments you will ever experience. Your first twelve months as a network marketer or entrepreneur will be an emotional roller coaster ride, so be prepared for it!
There are a few things you must do to be prepared for your first twelve months. The first and foremost important one is creating your vision. Your vision in which you create will propel you forward, even during your worst of times. It is said in network marketing you must have a why, but your why is not as important as your vision is.
Your why is external and will not keep you going forward; your vision, on the other hand, will. Without vision, you will not remain consistent, you will not be able to get past your life’s problems, issues, or distractions. Your vision must be strong enough to get past those problems, issues, and distractions because your vision is internal and will keep you driving forward.
During your first twelve months as a network marketer or entrepreneur you also must know to not seek approval of others. You must be able to make your decisions on your own. You must be able to make those decisions without approval of others. You can ask for advice and feedback, also known as constructive criticism, to fix and improve what must be done to make yourself or your business better, but do not ask for others to do things for you. You must be self-reliant and resilient.
If you are the type of person who relies on others to do the work for you, or you want people to do your work while you sit back and do not do any work, you will not succeed, your business will not grow or go anywhere, and you will not progress forward. You will actually revert backwards and fail.
You need to change and improve yourself, your thoughts, and your mindset if you are the type of person who does not take constructive criticism very well. Or do not be a network marketer or entrepreneur at all. Because only the successful network marketers and entrepreneurs know when to make their own decisions, do not seek approval of others, and also can take constructive criticism and change and grow from it.
